I happened to find a utube video of train fest where Lee English was showing Bowser's line of products.Near the end of the video Mr. English stated they were researching the RS3.Hopefully,his statement will lead to future releases of a fine RS model.

There is a topic on TARF concerning Bowser and the Alco RS's.Apparently They will be working on phase II and III units first and then work on the phase I's.Were RDG's RS3's phase I units? Anyway,don't get to excited just yet because they wouldn't be out till some time in 2016.

Chris - yes, all of the Reading's 67 RS-3's were Phase 1. Lots of variations, but no large groups of carbody filters like the later phases.
