This board is the place where questions and information specific to MODELING the Reading Company, its equipment and operations can be shared - questions like "What was the window arrangement of AF Tower in Alburtis?" and "What color paint do YOU use to paint the Reading's cream-and-brown buildings?" We also want to hear about YOUR Reading modeling projects!

Hey Barry,

Thanks for the comments on the layout. No not in the Reading/Hamburg area but more than happy for you to visit, but I think the 14000 km trip to Australia might add a little time to your planned schedule... :)
Conversely would love to visit Reading/PA and visit a few local layouts, have friends in San Diego CA, so will definitely visit the east coast one day!

Jes... wow... downunder are you! Nice!!

Are you near Brisbane? I have a friend there that we met while doing the NMRA convention in Detroit in 2007! He's an honorary member in our round-robin group. Do you know Bill Dunn? He is/was high-up in running a huge train show over that way.
Thanks,
Barry

No not near Brisbane, south in Melbourne. I've heard of the name, but don't know him.
